The Culinary Adventures of Yoj

So I'd bought these sheets of frozen puff pastry, thinking they were filo pastry because I wanted to make a spinach & feta cheese pie the way Ames' mom had done. So anyway, I had no idea what to do with puff pastry.

So we had gourmet pizza for dinner! It was SO yummy.

Pizza 1:
- Puff pastry base
- A smidge of tomato paste (+ assorted herbs, salt & pepper, garlic)
- Mozzarella
- Shredded roast chicken
- Spinach
- Lots of feta & a handful of parmesan

Pizza 2:
- Puff pastry base
- A smidge of tomato paste (+ assorted herbs, salt & pepper, garlic)
- Mozzarella
- Virginia ham
- Onions
- A handful of feta & lots of parmesan

Both baked for 15 minutes until the pastry puffed up (and burned a little around the edges - oops). YUM. Gourmet pizza. I'm gonna do this more often. The spinach, roast chicken & feta combination was particularly good.
